Who actually answers
Two different clocks, both of them real.
The office keeps ordinary hours. The phones do not. Reid’s own listing says it plainly, and this site signs that claim the same way it signs every other one on it, rather than leaving it as an anonymous line in a footer nobody reads.
A same day appointment does not mean a same day guess. The truck that comes out carries stock for most repairs, and pricing is given upfront before any work starts, so the number you hear on the phone is the number on the invoice.
