Cooling repair
Same-day AC repair in Tomball
When the condenser stops cooling or the attic air handler freezes over, Reid's dispatches technicians who inspect the full system, not just outdoor readings.
Diagnostics from the condenser to the attic coil
Reid's AC and Heating has offered same-day air conditioning repair across Tomball, Cypress, Spring, Magnolia, Conroe, and The Woodlands since 1992. Comfort specialists arrive in branded vans, text when they are en route, and connect digital manifold gauges at the outdoor unit before climbing to the attic air handler. One Google reviewer said Greg's tune-up was the most thorough check they had received in years because he inspected equipment other companies skip. That same standard applies when a capacitor fails on a Friday afternoon or a drain line backs up on a humid June night. Technicians are drug-screened, background-checked, and licensed under TACLB#012399C. Reid Herring, owner with 40+ years in HVAC, remains available when a job needs direct owner input. Phones are answered 24/7 for emergency cooling loss, and the company stands behind work with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Common repairs we handle the same day
Weak capacitors, clogged condensate drains, frozen evaporator coils, failed contactors, refrigerant leaks diagnosed before any recharge, and thermostat wiring faults. If replacement makes more sense than repeated repairs, Jared Herring and the install coordinator walk you through RUUD options and 0% financing on qualifying equipment.
